Our Ninth Project

Valley Greene Apartments is a cooperatively owned apartment building.
The building has a large flat unshaded roof and uses electricity for all its energy needs.
We have a signed revised PPA as of September 16th. Revisions were required due to limitations required by PECO for non-export, and findings during the roof certification process. We had suspended the offering while we reevaluated the project. but it is now re-opened. This is still our biggest project with 255 panels for a total system size of 150.5 kW with expected production of 180,237 kWh per year.
