The total is correct but the not those four months.)

Dec 2022: It’s official! The array is in full operation. Let the sun shine!

The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Wyoming Valley in Luzerne County, as part of their "Greening of the Sanctuary" initiative, has received a 19.6 kW solar array, consisting of 40 panels. The array is expected to generate around two-thirds of their annual electricity needs after their recent conversion from fuel oil to electric heat pumps.

The total cost of the project was just over $50,000. The congregation signed a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement with the Co-op, where they pay for the generated electricity each month instead of directly owning the array. The Co-op also used an equity investor for almost half of the construction costs to capitalize on preferential tax treatment and depreciation.
