Please plan to attend our 4th annual Membership Meeting, to be held on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at 7pm in the Honesdale National Bank board room on the 3rd floor at 724 Main St. in Honesdale. The meeting will include discussion of the Co-op's accomplishments this past year, our financials, progress of the Willow Wisp project and the election of a board member. The event gives the current 72 owner-members an important opportunity to provide feedback to the board on how the Co-op is doing and ideas for new projects to pursue. Paper election ballots will be mailed to members' postal addresses prior to September 18th. Please bring the ballot with you, or mail it back asap.
Our first solar project at the Cooperage in Honesdale was nationally recognized by the Interstate Renewable Energy Council as the BEST 2016 Community Renewables Project!! The project was completed in December 2015 with the help of a the USDA REAP grant and 23 of our members funding the construction! The system is generating 100% of the electricity used by the building's tenants annually. Learn more about the 3iAwards here and about our project by clicking here!
